First Misconception: Bursting Pimples Makes It Heal

Second Misconception: Using Toothpaste, Lemon Juice And Garlic Will Remove Your Acne
This is one of the harshest thing you could do to your skin. Dermatologist advise that you should not apply this products on your face and I totally agree with them. Considering the various toothpaste products in different stores today, lots of them contain ingredients that can put your skin in danger. This can make your skin more Inflamed, irritated, and the pimples would be noticeable afterwards.
Also, Lemon juice and Garlic, as you know are powerful spices but when used on the face, it causes pains, irritation and rashes, which can further cause injury leaving a scar on your face.
Third Misconception: Only Teenagers Suffer From Acne
So many adult is holding on to this myth, they become surprise whenever they notice acne around their face. But you see, acne can happen to anyone, thinking it just affects teenagers isn't true. Most times, it communicate the state of your health. It's not something that should get you scared, some are just hanging out on your face due to food allergies or stress.
Fourth Misconception: People Who Sweat So Much Are More Likely To Get Acne Frequently
This is also a myth. If this was true, then people who consistently exercise and even athletes would have unending acne over their body's. Acne doesn't work like that. Naturally, when you sweat it pulls out those dirt that has been clogged to your skin. However, while you sweat it's best you wipe it off or you shower after any strenuous activity. When you allow the sweat to stay for 12-24hours then it has the tendency to trap more bacteria to your skin.
Fifth Misconception: Scrubbing Your Face So Hard Will Remove Acne
Scrubbing your face really hard doesn’t wash away the acne. If you scrub too hard, it can inflame the acne, making it to look even worse on your face. Avoid scrubbing your face so hard.
