HOW TO DETECT WHEN YOU HAVE A YEAST INFECTION AND IT'S PREVENTIVE MEASURES
A LETTER TO YOU-
DEAR BEAUTIFUL LADIES, TODAY I'LL BE SHARING WITH YOU WAYS TO DETECT WHEN YOU HAVE A YEAST INFECTION AND HOW TO PREVENT YOUR PRECIOUS SELF FROM GETTING ONE.
MY DEAR, THE ITCHING THAT ACCOMPANIES THIS INFECTION IS VERY DISCOMFORTING, AND IT'S JUST LIKE TOUCHING THE DEVIL'S BEAN(MUCUNA PRURINES) AND RUBBING IT TO YOUR FACE.
Very often, I have come to realize that many ladies don't know what infection they are victims of over time. Some others even have repeated episodes of a particular infection with thesame symptom.
Today, we are still going to talk about one of the most common infection ladies suffer from and that is the YEAST INFECTION. I personally call it the "Itchy Yeast infection" in relation to the VAGINA.
If you keep noticing that in a month you've itched your vagina for three days or even more. There's a possibility of Yeast Infection. Note! 3 out of 4 women suffer from this.
Let's us look at the Signs and symptoms to detect when a lady has "Yeast Infection"
~If you have a vaginal yeast infection, you’ll most likely have extreme itching in and around your vagina; this is the most common symptom
Aside from itching, you might also have:
~A burning feeling, especially when you urinate or during sex
~Swelling and redness around your vulva
~Pain and soreness in your vagina(A vaginal rash)
~You might also have a vaginal discharge (It could be:
watery) thick, white, and odorless, resembling cottage cheese.
YEAST INFECTION CAN GET COMPLICATED, OH YES IT DOES.
If you are:
•Pregnant
•Diabetic particularly for those not controlling theirs.
And lastly,
•If your immune system is weakened by medications you’re taking or a health condition like HIV.
•Using Douches or vaginal spray.
Then there is a great chance having a yeast infection.
PS : Pregnancy is a beautiful thing and at this stage, please all lovely expectant mothers, you need to take attentive care of yourself and don't overlook any strange signs you notice in your body. Most mothers do have recurring yeast infection and this is actually a risk on them and their baby.
Signs For Complicated Yeast infection among pregnant women, diabetic, those with weak immune system
~Symptoms include redness, swelling, and itching that is so severe that it causes tears or sores at a stage.
~A recurrence of yeast infection four or more times in a year.
PREVENTIVE TIPS TO AVOID YEAST INFECTION:
In order to for you to avoid getting "The Itchy Yeast Infection" the following guides will serve you a big deal and keeping up with them reduces the odds of getting it.
1) WEAR UNDERWEARS THAT DOESN'T HOLD MOISTURE/HEAT-
Cotton is your best choice because it will keep it dry.
PS: fungi loves wet areas, so when your underwearis always wet, it breeds there.
2) KEEP THINGS LOOSE-
Wearing tight underwears, tights, jeans, skirts, pantyhose, can boost your body temperature and increase the amount of moisture around your private parts thereby increasing the chance of yeast infection.
3) CHANGE OUT OF WET CLOTHES
Please Ladies, always change any wet clothing right away. Fungi loves wet areas.
4) WIPE PROPERLY:
5) EAT YOGURT THAT CONTAINS ACTIVE CULTURES TO ADD TO THE GOOD BACTERIA THAT HELPS THE BODY CONTOL YEAST.
6) DO NOT DOUCHE
Every lady, must observe good vaginal hygiene, this is one important practice all ladies must adopt. The more hygienic we are as ladies, the more safe we are from this itchy yeast infection. I'm sure you would not want to be with the ones you love only for you to be itching your vagina and then feel awkward/uncomfortable. No lady wants that, and as your FAVOURITE NURSE FAVOUR I don't want that for you as well.
BETTER TO BE SAFE THAN BEING A VICTIM
