Recently, a lot of ladies keep complaining that their vagina no longer feels TIGHT. 

In this post, I will be sharing some top tips with you to help keep you safe and healthy. 

So most women get so worried about the issue of loose vagina, they say when they were younger their vagina was not as loose as they feel it now, to others it is not as tight as it was before they gave birth and they feel that the vagina is hanging abnormally.

Several things can cause a lady to have a loose vagina, however, the primary cause of a loose vagina is due to some natural factors like Age and Child-Bearing.

- Herbs 

- Gels 

- Lotion 

- Laser Device. e.t.c

It is my job to educate ladies regarding any trend that will harm their health. Vaginal tightening gels, pills, and tea might be everywhere on Instagram but do you know that the vendors don't tell you the risk and complications that will hit you later. 

People will say it made them feel confident with their husband during sex but in a long run, they give up on those products because they then focus on treating themselves for infection.

RISKS INVOLVED IN VAGINA TIGHTENING Here are what they don't tell you about vagina tightening. Below are health crises from vagina tightening, it leads to:

1). Bleeding: this can be immediate bleeding or after using the products.

2). Infection: Your vagina produces secretion, some of which prevent the growth of harmful bacteria, so using this product to dry your vagina gives room for infections.

3). Burns as a result of the Radio-frequency or laser device.

4). Vagina Dryness 

5). Friction and Vagina Irritation

6). Painful Sex, Penile bruising, and even Penile fracture in men.

Even as a man, you can be at risk of a bruised penis due to the tightness of your partner's vagina.

It is important you know that most of these products are not approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). There are possibilities of it tightening the vagina wall and toning the pelvic floor but the Risk and Complications involved could put you into serious health crises as seen above.

The best and safest way to improve your pelvic floor is through Exercise.

In Conclusion, while vaginal tightening may have some benefits, there are also several risks and complications associated with the procedure. The most significant risk is an infection, as the vagina is a very sensitive area and can easily become irritated or infected. Additionally, friction can occur during sex, which can cause pain and discomfort. Finally, vaginal tightening can actually harm the cells in the area, leading to long-term damage.
